Business policies

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and email money transfer (EMT) for all services. 

Credit Card Policy

Your credit card information will be collected at the time of billing (following your appointment). The card will be kept on file in our secure billing software.

Direct Billing

Direct billing is not available at this time.

Submitting to Benefits

It is the responsibility of the client to determine insurance coverage and how their insurance provider requires receipts to be submitted.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit is a missed opportunity for another client. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Client cancellations can be submitted by email or through the Practice Better private messaging feature. Clients that provide less than 48 hours notice, will be charged a fee equivalent to half of their appointment fee. Cancelled appointments cannot be charged to insurance and will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Show Policy

A client that does not show up for their appointment, is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, or cancels/reschedules within 6 hours of their appointment time will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full appointment fee to their credit card on file.

Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be given for services already provided. Refunds can be provided for nutrition coaching packages if no sessions have been completed yet, but you will be charged a 3% processing fee. If purchasing a follow-up session package, you cannot receive a refund once the first follow-up session has been completed. If you must cancel/reschedule a follow-up session purchased as a package, the cancellation policy above still applies, but you will still be entitled the number of follow-ups that you purchased.
