Hello! My name is Tayler and I am a women's health + hormone dietitian located in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada.
I received my Dietetics degree from the University of Alberta in 2023, after 6 years of undergraduate education and 1 year of various internships.
I became a dietitian because I have always been passionate about health and wellness and wanted to learn more about the role that nutrition plays in the management and prevention of common health problems.
I became interested in women's health once I got off hormonal birth control after 10 years and went through my own journey to regulate my hormones and cycles. This experience led me to becoming immersed in learning more about the female body and menstrual cycles, and the role nutrition has in balancing hormones and supporting the body to heal in its own way.
I don't think there's enough awareness and support for women during these crucial stages where nutrition plays an important role in regulating the menstrual cycle, as well as improving outcomes for fertility, prenatal, and postpartum periods.
It is now my mission to help women learn how to optimize their health and menstrual cycles with nutrition through the various stages of their reproductive years.
Thank you so much for being here!
